It is really interesting to hear about peoples hopes, wishes and fears. Dementia NI members have requested us to focus some support on end of life preparation so this is very timely for us.

Glad Karen and Rasa are on this, they obviously want it to make a difference to our lives - thank you. when do you think you will be able to take your recommendations to govt policy makers and are you hopeful you will have strong suggestions that will make significant improvements? Any thoughts on what you may be proposing?

I agree Karen and the Alz Society has treated their service users in a terrible way in Wales.
My mother could not make her own decisions so I did it as an only daughter - I had power of attorney.
